Good News!

I GOT ACCEPTED INTO MY MAJOR!
I am so happy and relieved!

I feel very fortunate and lucky to have been accepted into such a competitive program,
but I know it's right for me and I am thrilled to be a part of it!

Math.

Math = The Devil.

BUT since I'm being positive, I thought I would share something I have always wanted to write on a math test. It's genius.

This is my last semester of math, EVER. I have my first of 3 tests of the semester tomorrow which will make me 1/3 of the way done, forever.
(wow, that's the first time I've ever used math in daily life!)

Last year on this day I wrote a blog about how good my roommates were to me on a lonely Valentines day. This year, I don't have roommates to bring me flowers and make me feel less lonely, so this is about as much love as I can muster up today.

Happy 21st Birthday to my best friend, Cory!
21 years old, best friend since age 5.

This Google commercial aired during the super bowl tonight. Although I didn't see it when it aired, my best friend Ryan just sent it to me and I thought it was adorable. So cute and sweet.

Free Hugs

I first saw this video in my Interpersonal Communications class last year while we were studying affection and love and it's importance in relationships. I absolutely loved the video and it left the biggest impression on me. I've written papers and speeches on giving hugs and how important it is to show this kind of physical affection towards someone. So here it is, something that makes me happy. The man in New York holding the "Free Hugs" sign and the love that comes with it.

Happy 200th Post!

This post marks my 200th post on Chellyyyyy! I must say, I am very proud of how long I have been with this blog. It's a mile marker, for sure! (Here's how excited I am.)

So, for my 200th post, I have some things to say.

First: Happy Birthday to my big sister, Ashley! Thank you for being there for me through so many obstacles in life, and also for being my role model. I don't get to see you nearly as often as I'd like, but each time we are together means so much to me. I'm so glad to finally be at the point for us where 11 years age difference is not so far apart. I love you.


Second: My goal for the next 50 posts is to write something everyday, or every other day that makes me happy. I want to keep spreading the positive in life! (I also would like to gain more followers, so hopefully this will be a help.) So here is something I like! So cute!




Third: As much as I truly dislike the month of February, I am going to try and make it a good one with positive attitude, hard work, and self-betterment goals. Happy February everyone!
