Lets never use them, ok?
They have repeatedly screwed me over this week
on installing my
internet and cable.

Cancel my appointment,
reschedule it for days later,
then have the wrong address,
now have 6 minutes to get here
or I raise hell.
(And it won't be a pretty sight.)
